History
A vicious tenacity coerces ambition towards a dangerous act: imagination. Living by the belief that dreams are simply goals we have not scheduled, an idea was advertently born. Our story begins in 2002, as our founder Joi Rogers, embarks on a new endeavor with the inception of Iced Angel Designs. With thought, originally to graphic and web design, the firm quickly melted away outer layers to reveal additional raw and hidden talents.
During attendance at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, Joi collaborated with a neighborhood Mixtape Personality, DJ Sickamore, to increase his brand awareness. Sickamore previously succeeded in securing local and international notoriety, press, and fame. She went on to focus on building internal corporate structure, functionality, and technology solutions for his business idea entitled, “I Can Make You Famous.” With her alternate knack for writing and designing cutting-edge sponsorship packages, in one short quarter she ushered a sales growth of 30%. As Sick has now dropped the DJ title, and traded it with “Director of A&R” at international powerhouse Atlantic Records, Joi retains full operational control of The Famous Firm LLC.
Since 2002, she became the we that fuels the careful shift our revolutionary business model. The entitlement of our Spring 2005 Marketing Campaign has evolved into the re:newed name of our business: RE:INNOVATING.
Subsequent use of intense networking with music and fashion pioneers, has led to an exponential growth to our client base. While meticulously injecting RE:Innovation through a balance of art, function, and finance, we have had the pleasure of working with Empire City Records, The Last Poets, Nikki Turner, Rockstar Society LLC, Crunk Magazine, Sky Balla, Smoke Bulga, N. Esquire LLC, The Option to Buy Entertainment, DJ Bijal, Heather Drake Photography and Cope$etic Clothing.
In application of this comprehensive science we have created and mastered: RE:INNOVATING, we enthusiastically thrive on our infectious re:evolution. We have enlisted a full staff of graphic and web designers, a project management team and subcontracted lead industry affiliates to assist in capitalizing on the acceleration of our progressive business. Uncompromisingly we stimulate each other as a team to guarantee extraordinary performance with an aim to stand as a lighthouse of stability in the fog of risk associated with new endeavors. Whilst continually cultivating her crafts, Joi continues to uphold her principled positions as Chief Visionary Officer for RE:INNOVATING LLC, Chief Operations Officer for The Famous Firm LLC, and Chief Financial Officer for The Option to Buy Entertainment LLC.
